3i Infotech ties up with Chinese firm

NEW DELHI: 3i Infotech, on Tuesday entered the Chinese market through a tie-up with Yucheng Technologies Ltd., a leading provider of IT solutions and services to Chinese banks and financial services. 3i Infotech has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Beijing headquartered Yucheng Technologies Ltd. to set up a 51:49 joint venture company in China. — Special Correspondent
