Thiruvananthapuram: A group of doctors from the Clinton Foundation, along with Noelle Narayanan, former professor of paediatrics at SAT hospital, and Rita Cross, care and support officer of Kerala State AIDS Control Society, visited SAT hospital to review the treatment plan of Bensy, the HIV-positive child who has been undergoing treatment there. They held detailed discussions with Lalitha Kailas, the head of paediatrics at the hospital, who is in charge of Bensy’s treatment. The results of Bensy’s blood tests, which were done to determine the viral load and viral sensitivity, are awaited.
