Delhi College Lecture delivered

NEW DELHI: Renowned scholar Margrit Pernau delivered the second “Delhi College Lecture” on “Was there a Delhi Renaissance?” at Delhi University’s Zakir Husain College here on Monday.

Working as Head of Research Group at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, Centre for the History of Emotions, in Berlin, Dr. Pernau is researching on identity formation and social structure of the Muslim community in Old Delhi in the 19th Century.
