Anticipatory bail for IT company executives

CHENNAI: The Madras High Court has granted anticipatory bail to two senior executives of an information technology company at Velachery in connection with alleged offences under the IPC and the Prevention of Women’s Harassment Act. In his order, Justice T. Sudanthiram said in the event of their arrest, Krishnakumar Srinivasan and Venkatesan should be released on bail on their executing a bond for Rs.1 lakh with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.
