Bag with Rs. 70 lakh missing

NEW DELHI: A bag containing Rs.70 lakh in cash went missing under highly mysterious circumstances here on Tuesday from a marshal van that refills ATMs in Model Town.

According to the police, the bag containing the money was found to be missing in the afternoon when the employees of Security Trans-India company, which refills ATMs of several banks, sat down together for lunch near GT Road. They had earlier refilled several ATMs with Rs.91 lakh and were scheduled to refill more ATMs.

Four employees of the company -- Rajesh, Rajkumar, Harish and driver Sajeev -- have been detained for questioning.
