CUTTACK: The Opposition Congress has stepped up its attack against State Higher Education Minister Samir Dey. The party activists on Wednesday demanded a CBI probe into Minister’s alleged links with criminals. Mr. Dey, the city BJP legislator, was in deep trouble ever since his alleged links with mafia don Hyder came to light. Hyder’s henchman Sikandar, also a close associate of Mr. Dey, was arrested in connection with the kidnap and murder of a Keonjhar mines owner.
