RAINFALL: Weather was dry over the region.

TEMPERATURE: The minimum temperatures changed little in the region. They were appreciably below normal in Haryana and Punjab, below normal in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 04.5°C recorded at Narnaul (Haryana).

FORECAST VALID UNTIL THE MORNING OF 22nd February 2008: Weather will be mainly dry over the region. After 24 hours, rain/snow may occur at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand. Isolated rain/thundershowers are likely in Punjab. Night temperature are likely to increase by 02 to 03°C over the region.

FORECAST FOR DELHI AND NEIGHBOURHOOD VALID UNTIL THE MORNING OF 22nd February 2008: Mainly clear sky. Mist/shallow fog in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 08°C.
