BANGALORE: The Textile Engineering Division Board of The Institution of Engineers (India) will organise the 21st national convention of textile engineers and national seminar on “International quality standards in textile and apparel industries and their implementation” on February 21 and 22, according to H.L. Vijaya Kumar, principal, Army Institute of Fashion and Design. — Staff Reporter
