ICC’s stance on IPL calendar

MUMBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) will not create a calendar window for the rich Twenty20 Indian premier League until at least 2012, the ICC said on Wednesday.

The ICC enforced its stance after Wednesday’s meeting of national chief executives, which came on the same day the IPL held its player auction. — AP
