Portrait of Hemachandran unveiled in Nagercoil

Nagercoil: The State secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), N. Varadarajan, unveiled the portrait of the Thiruvattar MLA, J. Hemachandran, who passed away recently, in front of the municipal office here on Thursday.

The member of Lok Sabha, A.V. Bellarmine, the State General Secretary of the CITU, A. Soundara Rajan, the district secretary of the Community Party of India, Chandra Babu, the district secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), S. Noor Mohammed, MLAs, S. Jeyapul of Colachel and R. Leema Rose of Thiruvattar and others participated.
