Soz: dialogue should include all 3 regions

Jammu: Union Minister for Water resources and Pradesh Congress chief Saifuddin Soz said here on Thursday that all three regions of the State should be included in the dialogue process for resolution of the Kashmir issue. He was talking to reporters on his first visit to the State after becoming PCC president.

Answering questions, he said the government would go ahead with the Tulbul navigation project on the Jhelum below the Wular lake in Jammu and Kashmir. It was in no way violative of the Indus Water Treaty.
