KORAPUT: Physically challenged persons in the State were the most deprived ones because of categorisation as per their deformities, said Umesh Purohit, convener of the Orissa Bikalang Manch. Mr. Purohit was speaking at the first-ever awareness seminar on the different schemes that would help the physically challenged to lead a dignified life.
