Inter exams: Collector’s call to parents
Staff Reporter
Kakinada: Intermediate examinations will be conducted in the district from March 5 to 27 in 108 centres. One flying squad was constituted for each revenue division and security arrangements are being made under the direct supervision of Superintendent of Police B Sreenivasulu as per the instructions of Collector M Subrahmanyam. He stated in a press release that the examinations would be held in the jumbling mode. The candidates have been advised to reach the respective centres at least half an hour in advance.
The Collector stated that 15 problematic examination centres were identified and Sec. 144 would be imposed in at all centres. RTC officials were asked to arrange special buses to examination centres.
The Collector advised parents not to believe rumours that question papers leaked, saying foolproof arrangements are being made for conduct of the examinations.
