NSS invites applications

PUDUCHERRY: The Office of the State Liaison Officer of National Service Scheme, Government of Puducherry, has invited applications from students for the youth exchange programme in Japan.

A press release said that the programme would be from May to July this year. Nearly 200 students from Standard IX to XII across the country would be sent to Japan.

As many as 10 girls and 10 boys would be selected from Puducherry. Application forms are issued at the State NSS cell, Kamaraj Centenary Educational Complex. The filled-in forms should be sent through the school principal or headmaster along with the necessary documents by 5 p.m. on February 27.
