Man stabbed

VIRUDHUNAGAR: A 13-year-old boy was arrested for stabbing a 43-year-old man, D. Subramanian, here on Saturday. On Sunday, the police arrested his mother, H. Muniyammal, who along with his father Harikrishnan, threatened to kill the victim at the Government Hospital, if he did not withdraw the case against their son. The police said that the boy had flashed a knife at Subramanian demanding him to part with valuables on Saturday night. When he resisted, the teenager stabbed him.
