Music album released

HYDERABAD: A non-film thematic music album of Hindi songs ‘Meri Chahat’ featuring Sadhana Sargam and Madhumohan was released here on Sunday. Created by Madhumohan, a city artiste, the album has solos by him and also features duets with Sadhana Sargam and Ronu Majumdar on a solo flute track, according to a press release issued here.

The seven songs in the album are based on different themes of ‘Chahat’ penned by city lyricists. It features the genres of ‘ghazal’, ‘nazm’ and ‘geet’. Salar Jung Museum Director A.K.V.S. Reddy, music director Koti and others participated.
