KPR Mills increases profit

TIRUPUR: Apparel manufacturer KPR Knitting Mills has posted a 20 per cent increase in profit after tax for the first nine months of this fiscal. According a release, the company’s profit after tax touched Rs.51.74 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal against Rs.43.19 crore in the same period of previous year. In the third quarter of the financial year, sales increased by 30.2 per cent to Rs.158.69 crore against Rs.121.94 crore in the same period of last year.
