Easy win for NIN

National Institute of Nutrition recorded a six-wicket win over NRSA ‘A’ in the Satish Dhawan Space Cup cricket tournament here.

IBM scored a five-wicket win over Magna Infotech in the Polycom Crickfest tournament here.

CCOB football

City College Old Boys Association prize money football tournament will be held from February 25 at Quli Qutub Shahi Stadium on league-cum-knock-out format with many regular teams in the local league including South Central Railway, T. G. Venkatesh XI, AGORC, and defending champions Bharat Dynamics Ltd entering the fray.

In the inaugural match on Monday CCOB will take on Golconda.

Deepak in main draw

Deepak Sharma of Rajasthan defeated Tapan Chowdary of West Bengal 21-15, 21-9 in the final round (qualifying) to make it to the main draw in the above-45 singles of the veterans National badminton tournament here on Sunday.
