AIDS counselling

KOCHI: The Kerala State AIDS Control Society (KSACS) and Hindustan Latex Limited in association with the District Health authorities will start counselling units called Jyothis Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre in each taluk hospital. A two-day awareness campaign was started here on Monday in this regard with a function at the KSRTC bus stand.

The District Medical Officer inaugurated the function.

The district has three Voluntary Counselling and Testing Centres, one at the Public Laboratory, another at the District General Hospital and the third at the Kothamangalam Community Health Centre.
