Tributes paid to Kasturba Gandhi

NEW DELHI: Rich tributes were paid to Kasturba Gandhi at Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti here this past week on the occasion of her death anniversary. Senior Congress leader Ashok Gehlot, crusader for women empowerment V. Mohini Giri, Samiti Director Savita Singh and other leaders remembered the wife of the Father of the Nation. Children spun the “charkha” throughout the programme.
