HUBLI: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (First Court), Hubli, will on Tuesday hear the application filed by Ismail Jalagar, counsel for final year MBBS student of the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Mohammed Asif, seeking an interview with him. The JMFC (First Court) S. Srinivas gave the ruling after the matter came before the court on Monday. Mr. Jalagar said he was ready to place his arguments before the court. The court put off the hearing on the bail plea of Asif till March 6, the date on which the period of CoD custody of Asif ends. The judge extended the CoD custody of Mohammed Asif and Shakeel Ahmed Mali till March 6.
