Warrants issued against Natwar’s son

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday issued non-bailable warrants against Jagat Singh, son of the former Union Minister, Natwar Singh, and others in two separate cases of rioting during public demonstrations here in 2000 and 2001.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate A. K. Kuhar issued NBWs against Mr. Jagat Singh, Jamaluddin, Pradeep Jaildar and Joginder Mallik for failing to appear before the court. A warrant was issued against the accused on Nov 16 to appear before the court on Monday. But as the accused did not come to the court, it issued NBWs against them. — PTI
