Alleged castration

NEW DELHI: A 40-year-old man was allegedly castrated by some eunuchs in Patel Nagar here on Saturday. The victim, Rajkumar, lodged a complaint with the police on Sunday alleging that he was overpowered and castrated by some eunuchs including the head of the group living in Ranjit Nagar.
