Refresher course: Applications have been invited for the refresher course in human rights scheduled at Academic Staff College from March 10 to 31. The application forms and further details can be downloaded from the web site www.ugcasc.keralauniversity.edu. The last date for submitting applications is March 1.

Valuation camp: The evaluation of answer scripts of the first semester M.Sc. chemistry examinations scheduled at the valuation camps at Kollam and Alappuzha on February 27 and 28 has been postponed to March 3 and 6.

Taxonomy workshop: A national workshop on taxonomy will be held at the Department of Aquatic Biology from February 26. The workshop is being jointly organised by the department and the Kerala State Biodiversity Board. It will be inaugurated by university Vice-Chancellor M.K. Ramachandran Nair. The workshop will focus on the taxonomy of echinoderms, including star fish and sea cucumber.

MCA results: The results of the fourth semester MCA (regular and supplementary) examinations held in October 2007 have been published. The mark lists will be available at the examination centres after March 15. Applications for scrutiny of answer scripts can be submitted till March 24.
