Letters to the Editor
Fidel Castro is certainly a hero of our times, a living legend. He stands tall among many of his contemporary revolutionaries for displaying consistently unmatched grit, tenacity and an unbending and undaunted never-say-die spirit with which he confronted the U.S. and its imperialistic designs on Cuba for several decades. Fidel might have retired from official positions but one can be sure that he will continue to inspire and guide the Cubans. Shahabuddin Nadeem, Bangalore Raul Castro, Fidel’s co-revolutionary and brother, who has been selected to lead the nation, has the enviable task of accomplishing the objectives for which Fidel strived relentlessly for almost 50 years. Kasim Sait, Chennai
