Laurels for Tunga Mahavidyalaya

TIRHTHAHALLI (SHIMOGA DISTRICT): Tunga Mahavidyalaya here won the team championship by winning the first place in all the seven sections of the inter-collegiate cultural competition. The event “Carnival-08” was organised by the Commerce Club. The team, “Tunga Rockers”, won the cash prize of Rs. 3,000 for their performance in the competition. Principal of the college N.D. Naidu presented the cash award.

Sudhir, Vidya Kamath, Dollydd, Shantala, Pratima, Amruta, Sandhya S. Bhat, Ashwini, Navya R. Shetty, Rajat and Pavan Kumar were in the team.
