Jamshedpur: Excitement and wonder were writ large on the faces of nine people from the poor and reclusive Sabar tribe as they set out for Puri on a Jharkhand Government sponsored ‘Bharat Darshan’ tour. Dressed in their best, the Sabars, a primitive tribe, who were escorted here from Ghatsila and Potka blocks of East Singhbhum district, boarded the Neelachal Express at the Tatanagar railway station on Monday. The Welfare Department of the Jharkhand Government has arranged the free 12-day ‘Bharat Darshan’ trip to familiarise them with the outside world.
