Drive against mosquitoes

A drive to prevent spread of mosquitoes was taken up in the 54th division of the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC). Corporator Gogula Ramana Rao, Chief Medical Officer P.V. Rama Rao, sanitary inspectors, malaria inspectors and staff participated in the drive. Drains were cleaned and tanks in houses were inspected as part of the drive.
