Fuse-call offices

The Tamil Nadu Electricity Board has set up computerised fuse- call offices for consumers residing in the Corporation limits to register complaints on power disruption. Consumers can call any of the following numbers to register complaints: 12660, (0452) 2520601 / 2520603 / 2568670 / 2568671 / 2568672. An official at the call office said that complaints would be recorded round-the-clock. Personnel would attend to complaints at residences between 8.30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
