Coastal security police seize boat

PUDUKOTTAI: Coastal Security Police on Monday night seized a fibreglass boat while it was being transported from Nagapattinam, at a coastal check-post at Embakottai, about 80 km from here.

The van used for transporting the boat, was also confiscated.

The boat was bought by A. Tamizh Azhagan (24) of Damodaranpattinam near Thondi in Ramanathapuram. It carried an outdated registration number.
