Thrissur: A conductor in a private bus allegedly assaulted a student of Chaldean Syrian School on Tuesday. Mohammed Anas, 15, lodged a complaint with the Town East police that he was assaulted by the conductor while he was travelling to Mannuthy. The bus crew did not allow him to get off the bus within the town limits to report the matter to the Flying Squad, the complaint said. – Staff Reporter
