TDP chief sees anti-government mood

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: Leader of the Opposition N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday said he saw a distinct anti-government feeling among people as they were fed up of the unprecedented levels of corruption and style of functioning of Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. In a chat with press persons in his chamber in the Assembly lobbies, he said delimitation of constituencies would not be an issue as “nothing else will work when there is strong anti-government feeling.” Buoyed by the success of the farmers’ rally in New Delhi, he said the UNPA and Left parties had effectively brought the farmers’ issue on to the national agenda.
