Realtor’s wife, daughter robbed

BANGALORE: A four-member gang threatened wife and daughter of a realtor and made away with cash and ornaments from a house in Chandra Layout 2nd Stage on Tuesday. Police said Nasarat, wife of realtor Mohammed Afzal, and her five-year-old daughter were in the house.

The four-member gang, which included two women, entered the house around 2 p.m. They gagged Nasarat and her daughter and tied the two using a bed-sheet. The gang then searched a few cupboards and went away with Rs. 12 lakh in cash and 159 grams of gold ornaments. Investigation is on.
