Udhagamandlam: The Sincere Officer cum Social Worker Award instituted by the Anbalayam Thinkers Forum was given to Moideen Batcha, an employee of the Civil Supplies Corporation at a function organised here on Wednesday. Giving away the award the president of Anbalayam S.K. Selvaraj said that for over 33 years Mr. Batcha had rendered commendable service. The secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, K. Gopal, spoke.
