Irregularities alleged

Bangalore: A 10-member delegation from Karnataka Pradesh Janata Dal (United) has appealed to the Governor to look into the alleged irregularities in the Karnataka Warehouse Corporation. Speaking to presspersons here on Thursday, party general secretary G.K.C. Reddy demanded an inquiry by Lokayukta to see why it was acting against the interests of farmers at a time when agriculture is facing deep crisis. There had been gross violations of several government rules, he added. — Special Correspondent
