Tata Motors launches Sumo Grande

MUMBAI: Tata Motors on Saturday launched the Sumo Grande, the new version of the Sumo utility vehicle that has been redesigned to combine the look and feel of a utility vehicle and a family car.

Sumo Grande has been specifically designed to satisfy the needs of city customers in the areas of drivability, manoeuvrability and fuel efficiency.

“The Sumo Grande is for customers in the urban and semi urban markets. That is what we are really planning to cater to”, said S. Krishnan, Vice President of the Passenger Car Business Unit of TATA Motors.

Sumo Grande will be available in three variants — Lx, Ex and Gx. The vehicle will be available in seven colours including four new shades. The Sumo Grande range is priced in the range of Rs. 6.70 lakh to Rs. 7.68 Lakh. — ANI
