CHITTOOR: Members of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies Association headed by Subbaramaiah, State President and Aruna State general Secretary undertook begging near and around Gandhi Statue on Prakasam Road here on Saturday protesting against the government’s failure to specify their duties and to release grants to them to carry out the development activities in their areas. -Correspondent
