Shamshabad airport to have a call centre

HYDERABAD: GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), the developer of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, has awarded the contract for the setting up and running a call centre service to Vajja Technologies Pvt. Ltd, according to a release.

The call centre, which began functioning from Saturday, will work in two shifts till March 10 and thereafter be a 24-hour service manned by trained staff. Customers can use this service to get information on features and facilities available at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, by calling up 1800-102-2008.

Chief Financial Officer of GHIAL Rajgopal Swami said: “To begin with, people can call the toll free number 1800 102 2008 between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. any day. From March 10, however, the service will be available round the clock.”
