Jaipur: The Rajasthan government has for the first time created a post of deputy secretary in the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR). Ram Avatar Bhunkar, the additional director of information and public relations, has been given the additional charge, an official press release said here. The move is a part of efforts to streamline the functioning of the department.
