Chandigarh: Army Postal Services Corps on Saturday celebrated 36 years of its establishment with plans to start a data centre and widen its e-Post and banking facilities to field areas. Nearly 20 post offices are in the process for activation as e-Post centres for transmission of e-Post articles. Also on the anvil is widening of banking facilities to field areas. The celebrations at Western Command Headquarters at Chandimandir near here were attended by all senior officers of the Command and APS personnel, a defence release said.
