Excise duty cut on AIDS medicine lauded

HYDERBAD: The AP Federation of Drug Traders has welcomed the eight per cent cut in the excise duty on AIDS medicines proposed in the Union budget. B. Haribabu, president, and P. Subramanyam, general secretary said the fall in prices of AIDS drugs would benefit the families of many patients.
