Man held with heroin

NEW DELHI: A 30-year-old Nepalese has been arrested at Indira Gandhi International Airport here for allegedly carrying heroin capsules concealed in his body.

Sanda Bir Tamang, who had arrived from Kabul, was loitering around inside the arrival hall of the airport over the weekend when Customs Air Intelligence officers intercepted him and subjected him to sustained interrogation.

During interrogation, Sanda purportedly admitted to carrying heroin capsules inside his body.
