Stop for trains sought

KOCHI: The Greater Cochin Development Council has demanded that trains passing through Ernakulam must have a stop at the Ernakulam Town station too.

Council president Mathew Paul said that bus services to different parts of the district must be started from the station, at the rate of at least one every hour. The buses can be parked near the ESI Hospital, he said.
