Ramchandrappa dead

Chitradurga: G.O. Ramchandrappa (47), a journalist, died of heart attack in Davangere on Saturday.

Mr. Ramchandrappa was admitted to a private hospital in Davangere after he suffered heart attack on Friday, according to his family sources.

Mr. Ramchandrappa was working with Kannada newspapers Kranti and Sanjevani.

He started his career about two decades ago with local newspaper Ranarudara. He has also worked with Janavahini and Karunada Sanje.

The last rites were held in Kallenhalli, his native village in Chitradurga taluk, on Sunday. Journalist G.S. Ujjanappa has condoled the death of Mr. Ramchandrappa.
