BJP to hold ‘Sankalp Samavesh’

BERHAMPUR: The BJP will hold a massive public meeting ‘Sankalp Samavesh’ here on March 9 to coincide with the proposed visit of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to the State. Around 30,000 supporters of the party from Ganjam and Gajapati districts are expected to attend the public meeting to be held at Khallikote Autonomous College Stadium. Central leaders Binay Katiyar and Sushma Swaraj are expected to attend.

Speaking at a press conference, State vice-president of the BJP Prithviraj Harichandan said they had planned up to hold such ‘Sankalp Samavesh’ in all parts of the State.
