Thiruvananthapuram: Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) general secretary T.J. Chandrachoodan has called upon Left parties to take a collective decision on withdrawing support to the UPA government at the Centre. At a press meet here on Sunday, he said the Union budget was a signal for early Lok Sabha elections. The coming months were going to be crucial as the Central government would come under stress on a series of issues, including the signing of the nuclear deal with the U.S. The RSP was of the view that the Left parties should withdraw support to the UPA government as it had deviated from the common minimum programme.
