Thiruvananthapuram: Local Administration Minister Paloli Mohammed Kutty has said that the last date for paying building tax arrears without penal interest in rural and urban local bodies has been extended to March 31. In a statement here on Sunday, he said that the arrears needed to be collected before tax rates in the local bodies were revised.
