Students stage dharna on OU campus

HYDERABAD: Students staged a dharna in front of the Arts College on Osmania University campus, expressing solidarity with the protest demonstration by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in New Delhi on Sunday against delay in granting Statehood to Telangana.

The protest was organised by the students wing of TRS under the leadership of its campus in-charge B. Suman. Addressing the meeting, he demanded the resignation of 47 Congress MLAs from Telangana, like their TRS counterparts.
