ACB nabs official

HYDERABAD: S. Subrahmanyam, Inspector, Legal Metrology, Weights and Measures department, Markapur (Prakasam district), was caught by officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau at his office on Monday while accepting a bribe of Rs.7,000. The amount was recovered. Investigation is on, according to a press release issued by ACB here. –Special Correspondent
