Rally against female foeticide today

NEW DELHI: In an effort towards community mobilisation to protect the girl child, the Centre for Social Research is organising a rally against female foeticide at Punjabi Bagh here on Tuesday.

The rally will start from the office of municipal councillor Harish Kumar and conclude at Maa Shakti Apartments in Paschim Vihar. It is part of the “Meri Shakti, Meri Beti” campaign focusing mainly on three areas in Delhi with the lowest sex ratio.
